What is Body Rolling? Body Rolling is a small ball therapy that can help you to create space in your body. It can be described best as a form of self massage and or deep tissue massage. Body Rolling can be a perfect compliment to any other physical activity you participate in, as it aids in opening up, releasing and lengthening your muscles.
Body Rolling is not just a new type of workout. It was created to help people free themselves of physical restrictions and experience optimal living. Using a selection of balls and equipment, Body Rolling can prevent and heal injuries by: elongating muscles, freeing muscles from each other and from bone, awakening muscle memory, stimulating and improving bone quality.
Classes/Workshops A Body Rolling class/workshop can include working all areas of the body. Releasing the Hamstrings, Quadriceps, Gluteus, Abdominals, Chest, Sideline & the Spine. An introductory style workshop or body area specific classes/workshops may also be available. Using the breath, our body weight and micro-moving from the origin to insertion point of a muscle we methodically work to soften and elongate in order to create a more spacious and flexible body.
Private or Semi-Private Consultations
· Private or Semi-Private; such that I instruct on using the ball to create space in the body area of interest. You require enough space in your home so it is comfortable for 1-2 people to stretch out and potentially clear wall space available to use. The format is similar to taking a class. In Home Instruction is 75 minutes for $50.00; 2 hours for $85.00
Corporate/Group Work I am always interested in learning about opportunities such as tradeshows or wellness days, to share information about and or demonstrate Body Rolling and or Foot Fitness.
Lunch hour sessions of Foot Fitness or Chest & Shoulder Opening are great mid-day activities!
If you are in an have a suggestion or would like to organize a demo or class at your office, or organization contact me.
